The 3M Secure Click HF800 / HF803 series half masks are designed to provide effective and comfortable protection against many common gases, vapours and particles in industrial environments in conjunction with the corresponding filter range. They are available in three sizes and are optionally equipped with a speech diaphragm (HF800SD / HF803SD) to facilitate communication during work. Low breathing resistance: Easier breathing and comfort thanks to the world's first 4-way airflow filter system. Two dual airflow filters on the respirator together form four airflow paths for easier breathing. Easy to use: The new 3M Secure Click series is characterised by a quick and easy filter connection. It works as simply as a safety belt. Simply align the filter in the connection piece provided and click it into place until you hear a click. Then you can be sure that the filters are connected correctly. The quick, easy, one-touch seal check helps to increase confidence in the secure seal of the mask. The optional speech diaphragm has been developed to facilitate communication during work. Comfort: The silicone face seal with patented, flexible nose profile is soft and offers a comfortable fit for the mask wearer. The head strap is easy to adjust and adapt. The exhalation valve helps to channel respiratory heat and moisture downwards. This half mask series is used together with 3M Secure Click filters from the D8000 (gas/vapour filter), D3000 (particle filter) and D7000 (particle insert filter) series against a wide range of gases, vapours and particles in accordance with EN approvals.

The 3M Secure Click particle filter D3138, P3 R with activated carbon, is a lightweight filter that combines protection and comfort. Used in pairs, our filters offer low breathing resistance and a good balance with an optimal field of vision. They can be quickly and easily clicked into place on the 3M Secure Click HF-800(SD) half mask series. The additional activated carbon reduces exposure to organic and acid gases & vapours below the limit value and offers protection against ozone + HF up to 10 times the limit value (HF up to max. 30 ppm, whichever is reached first).

3M Secure Click filter cover D701 for use with the half-mask series Secure Click HF-800(SD). The 3M Secure Click filter cover D701 is required to connect the particle insert filters of the D7000 series with the gas/vapour filters of the D8000 series to form a combination filter.

The 3M Secure Click combination filter D8055, A2, is a lightweight filter that combines protection and comfort. It offers low breathing resistance and a good balance with an optimal field of vision. The combination filter can be quickly and easily clicked into place on the 3M Secure Click HF-800(SD) half mask series. The D701 filter cover is also required for connection to the D7000 series particle insert filters.
