The spacer films in the 3M 200MP adhesive series are designed in particular for the manufacture of membrane keypads and front panels, are shear-resistant (even with narrow webs), permanently elastic and highly resistant to ageing. The spacer films, which are temperature-resistant from -40°C and up to +120°C (up to +150°C for short periods), are chemically compatible with various conductive pastes and special colours and offer a high level of transparency. These carbide end mills have been specially developed for use on stainless steel and manufactured on state-of-the-art CNC grinding machines. The newly developed geometry enables cool grinding with maximum tool life on hand-held, pneumatic and electric machines. The aggressive cutter shape is particularly long-chipping and thus ensures a large stock removal rate. Reduced heat generation protects the milling cutter and the workpiece.
