The 3M adhesive marking tape 471F is a soft PVC adhesive tape for various applications. It is suitable for covering and sealing all surfaces and containers, including round and irregularly shaped ones, for interior decoration, as hazard marking, for labelling playing fields and areas and for general marking and protection. The film is very conformable, abrasion-resistant and resistant to many solvents except ketones, chlorinated hydrocarbons and esters.

The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
