Our 3M Double-Sided Splicing Tape for Flying Splice Roll Change R9996 is a double-coated, water-dispersible splicing system for most lightweight paper grades in manual and automatic splicers for flying splice tape applications.

The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
