3M polyimide film 92 is characterised above all by its extreme temperature resistance and very good dielectric properties. In conjunction with a high-quality silicone adhesive, it forms a high-performance combination of mechanical, electrical, thermal and chemical properties, which remain stable in a temperature range from -40 °C to +180 °C. The insulating tape therefore belongs to insulating material class H. The 0.076 millimetre thin adhesive tape can withstand a breakdown voltage of 7,500 volts and is flame-retardant in accordance with UL 510. The polyimide film is therefore suitable for applications where it is exposed to high temperature fluctuations, particularly for masking contacts when soldering circuit boards. As it is printable, it can also be used for cable bundling and labelling, among other things.

The 3M Nomad Terra 8100 dust control mat is suitable for indoor and outdoor areas or for mat frames in high-traffic zones. It is made of high-quality vinyl loops that offer excellent crush resistance. As the mat has no backing, dirt and moisture can penetrate through it and are therefore not carried into the building with the shoes. The trapped dirt can simply be vacuumed up. Vinyl sling mat for high footfall of up to 5000 people/day. Nomad Terra 8100 without backing is a dirt-trapping floor covering for passageways and outdoor areas. The open structure optimises water drainage (drainage effect). Material height 16 mm. Fire behaviour according to EN 13501 1: Cfl s1. Slip resistance according to DIN 51130: R11. When laying in a mat frame, the use of 3M laying rails is required. The roll product has no edge protection, the mat product has edge protection on the front side.

These adhesive tapes are used for permanent fastening or mounting, e.g. of holders, hooks, emblems, signs, mouldings, panelling and components, in many industrial applications. They are also used in the advertising and decoration sector for attaching displays and decorative parts. 3M 9528 are particularly suitable for low-energy surfaces such as PP and PE.

3M cold shrink sleeves are used to insulate all plastic or rubber insulated cables. The products are supplied pre-stretched on a removable support spiral, enabling efficient and simple installation. After installation, the cold-shrink tubing provides reliable protection against moisture thanks to its constant radial contact pressure. Its good thermal stability and resistance to acids, alkalis, ozone and UV radiation guarantee long-lasting functionality. The 3M EPDM cold-shrink tubing is stretched at the factory and mounted on a removable plastic support spiral. Simply prepare the connection, attach the tubing and unwind the support spiral.
