The 3M adhesion promoter with UV indicator increases the adhesive strength of 3M VHB adhesive tapes on critical surfaces such as PE, PP, ABS, EPDM, PET/PBT mixtures. At the same time, a UV indicator enables the correct application to be checked. This improves process reliability, facilitates quality control and ensures a contemporary environmental profile.

It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again. The 3M Peltor safety helmet G3000 with 3M Uvicator Sensor was developed in close cooperation with industry and forestry and fulfils the highest protection requirements. The patented sensor indicates when the helmet has lost its protective effect due to excessive UV radiation and should be replaced. The G30MUO model made of UV-stabilised ABS plastic is orange and equipped with a headband with a ratchet fastening system and a sweat leather. The ratchet fastening system ensures extremely precise and easy adjustment to the wearer's head size. The extra short peak ensures optimum visibility. The interior can also be rotated by 180 degrees so that the helmet can also be worn with the peak on the back of the neck. This and the slim, round shape significantly reduce the risk of getting caught and make working in confined spaces or climbing trees noticeably easier. An optional chin strap, which is available as an accessory and can be attached to the helmet's three-point fastening system, ensures customisation to the shape of the head and a perfect fit.
