Product information "3M VHB Dispenser Manual applicator"

Manual applicator for VHB very high bond tapes as well as for a variety of PE / PU foam tapes, single-sided tapes, filament and transfer tapes (without liner removal device). It enables precise and fast application of the adhesive tapes as well as high process stability thanks to the optimum contact pressure. The integrated cutting device cuts the adhesive tapes cleanly to the required length. The adhesive tape thickness to be processed is 0.25 - 1.5 mm, the roll width to be processed is 4 - 20 mm.

For degreasing, cleaning and preparing parts to be joined before bonding. Ideal for use on metals, many plastics and coloured surfaces. The cleaner is a mixture of isopropaneinl and distilled water (70:30). The surface should be checked for compatibility before use.

The surface cleaner is used to degrease, clean and prepare parts to be joined before bonding. It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
