The S-433S disposable lightweight bonnet is an S series head piece for the 3M Versaflo respiratory protection system. It covers the head and face and offers eye and face protection in accordance with EN166 (protection against liquid splashes and flying particles with low impact energy). It also offers reliable protection for the neck and shoulder area. The disposable lightweight bonnet is made from the cost-effective universal textile material Web24. This makes it an ideal solution for areas of application in which the entire head section has to be replaced frequently - for example in pharmaceutical production. As with all lightweight bonnets in the S series, this model also ensures excellent air distribution for greater comfort and less noise. The extra-large field of vision provides a very good view. The S-433S disposable lightweight bonnet is available in two adjustable sizes. This product is size S and white in colour. Protection level: TH3.

The 3M disposable coverall is a CE category III, type 5/6 coverall with a robust, silicone-free material that ensures safe protection for a wide range of applications. The knitted cuffs, elasticated waist and concealed double zip ensure a comfortable fit and high wearing comfort. You can also safely store various work utensils in the practical self-adhesive pocket. The breathable back insert prevents unpleasant heat build-up, making it much more comfortable to work in than comparable protective suits. The reinforced seams under the arms and in the crotch can withstand even heavy use, while the anti-static coating on both sides of the lint-free material ensures greater process safety.

The BT30 self-adjustable air hose is an accessory product for the 3M Versaflo S, M, HT-400 and HT-700 series headpieces. The hose is stretchable and has a length of 51.5 cm to 116.5 cm.

The 3M Aura 9322+ folding mask allows you to breathe almost effortlessly and is extremely comfortable to wear. It owes its comfort plus in particular to the three-part design with the newly developed filter fleece. The advantages of the particle mask start with good visibility: the sealing points on the top of the mask reduce the fogging of glasses - especially in combination with its 3M Cool Flow exhalation valve. This  valve increases wearing comfort, especially in hot and humid environments, as it allows respiratory heat and moisture to escape easily. The new filter technology also ensures comfortable breathing. It combines the advantages of 3M Electret filter technology with those of the new advanced technology for barely perceptible breathing resistance with reliable filter performance. The average inhalation resistance of 68% is significantly lower than the maximum permissible value of EN 149:2001+A1:2009. Two further advantages of the mask lie in its three-part design: on the one hand, it leads to greater comfort and problem-free speaking, and on the other hand, the mask can be folded flat and is therefore practical to take with you. The special design of the nose area is also ideal, as it adapts perfectly to the shape of the wearer's face. The chin strap allows the mask to be easily positioned, ensuring a good fit and a secure seal. The 3M Aura respirator 9322+ is hygienically individually packaged and has protection level FFP2 NR D. The application limit is 10 times the limit value for particles. It is used in the construction industry, in agriculture, in quarries, in the clay and ceramics industry, in iron and steel foundries, in the chemical industry, in metalworking and processing, in the pharmaceutical industry and in construction. Approval according to standard EN 149:2001+A1:2009.

The 3M Versaflo compressed air regulator V500E is a belt-mounted, easy-to-adjust compressed air control unit that can be combined with all 3M S and M series head pieces. It ensures an even air flow that can be individually adjusted from 170 l/min to 305 l/min. The compressed air regulator requires a working pressure of 3 - 10 bar and is very quiet (<65 dBA) thanks to the integrated silencer. If the air flow rate falls below the set value, the control unit emits a whistling sound as a warning. The integrated activated carbon filter also offers additional safety. The 3M AirCare compressed air treatment unit ACU-3 or ACU-4 can be used to clean the compressed air. Compressed air tools can be connected to the control unit via an input without reducing the air supply to the mask. The individual components are connected using compressed air couplings (e.g. type Rectus 25). You will first need conditioned breathing air in accordance with DIN EN 12021 or DIN EN 12021:2014.
