The premium reusable lightweight bonnet S-657 is a head piece for the 3M Versaflo respiratory protection system. It covers the head, face, neck and shoulders and offers eye and face protection in accordance with EN166 (protection against liquid splashes and flying particles with low impact energy). The premium reusable lightweight bonnet has a double neck seal. The inner part of the neck seal is tucked into the top of the shirt or protective suit. This allows excess air to be channelled over the entire body, providing additional comfort. The lightweight bonnet is an extremely cost-effective solution for environments with high disposal rates: When worn, only the contaminated outer bonnet is replaced, while the headgear and air supply can continue to be used. The rigid design of the headband ensures a uniform air supply. Another plus is that it can be adjusted from the outside so that the wearer can regulate the air distribution to suit their personal comfort requirements. A simple turn of the outer regulator is all it takes for the wearer to direct the airflow away from the back of the head towards the temples, face and visor. The bracket has separate adjustment options for head height and head circumference, allowing comfortable, customised adjustment to a wide range of head shapes. The soft comfort pad can be used to further improve the fit so that the bonnet fits even more wearers perfectly. The S-657 premium reusable lightweight bonnet is available as a starter pack including head support and inner bib. Colour: white. Protection level: TH3.

The 3M Versaflo compressed air cooling V100E is a compressed air reducing valve worn on the belt. In combination with a 3M blower and compressed air headpiece, it forms a compressed air assisted respiratory protection system with permanent air flow. The V-100E cooling tube enables the compressed air to be cooled by a maximum of 28°C. the temperature of the breathing air can be individually adjusted using a temperature regulator. An integrated warning whistle sounds if the air flow to the head section falls below the minimum flow rate specified by the manufacturer. The compressed air cooling system is mounted on a protective pad on the belt. Areas of application are heavy industry and foundries (high radiant heat). Air volume: 170-600 litres/min. Working pressure: 6-10 bar. Test: EN 14594 You need a purified breathing air according to DIN EN 12021 or DIN EN 12021:2014 beforehand.

3M Versaflo V-500E Compressed air regulator with belt without plug nipple

The 3M Versaflo compressed air regulator V500E is a belt-mounted, easy-to-adjust compressed air control unit that can be combined with all 3M S and M series head pieces. It ensures an even air flow that can be individually adjusted from 170 l/min to 305 l/min. The compressed air regulator requires a working pressure of 3 - 10 bar and is very quiet (<65 dBA) thanks to the integrated silencer. If the air flow rate falls below the set value, the control unit emits a whistling sound as a warning. The integrated activated carbon filter also offers additional safety. The 3M AirCare compressed air treatment unit ACU-3 or ACU-4 can be used to clean the compressed air. Compressed air tools can be connected to the control unit via an input without reducing the air supply to the mask. The individual components are connected using compressed air couplings (e.g. type Rectus 25). You will first need conditioned breathing air in accordance with DIN EN 12021 or DIN EN 12021:2014.
