The TR-653 cleaning and storage kit helps with product cleaning and storage. A plug and cap are included for the inlet and outlet openings of the TR-600. A cover is included for the electrical connections of the TR-600 battery.

The 3M maintenance-free half mask 4251+ offers you effective respiratory protection as a user-friendly complete mask. The new, improved exhalation valve reduces breathing resistance during exhalation, reduces heat and moisture build-up and thus makes breathing easier, especially in hot and humid working environments. Our 4000+ series half masks have a soft, skin-friendly, silicone-free face seal. The FFA1P2 R D filter class protects against many of the common organic gases, vapours and particles in industrial environments. The lightweight, well-balanced design with integrated, maintenance-free filter elements ensures good peripheral vision. The integrated filter elements are maintenance-free. You can use the half mask until it is time to change it according to the filter change schedule or until the filter elements are saturated. Then dispose of them properly. The comfortable harness with adjustable head strap offers a secure fit and adapts to different head shapes and sizes. The flat design does not restrict your field of vision and the two large-area activated carbon filters ensure low breathing resistance. The FFA1P2 R D filter class protects against organic gases and vapours up to 30 times the limit value (boiling point above 65 degrees Celsius) and particles up to 10 times the limit value. A resealable bag for hygienic storage and transport is included in the scope of delivery. *The exhalation resistance of the 3M™ 4000+ half mask series has been reduced by >30% at 120 l/min and >35% at 160 l/min compared to the previous 3M™ 4000 series. The results were measured by 3M in 2017 under laboratory conditions. The breathing rates are only an example.

The 3M Versaflo compressed air regulator V500E is a belt-mounted, easy-to-adjust compressed air control unit that can be combined with all 3M S and M series head pieces. It ensures an even air flow that can be individually adjusted from 170 l/min to 305 l/min. The compressed air regulator requires a working pressure of 3 - 10 bar and is very quiet (<65 dBA) thanks to the integrated silencer. If the air flow rate falls below the set value, the control unit emits a whistling sound as a warning. The integrated activated carbon filter also offers additional safety. The 3M AirCare compressed air treatment unit ACU-3 or ACU-4 can be used to clean the compressed air. Compressed air tools can be connected to the control unit via an input without reducing the air supply to the mask. The individual components are connected using compressed air couplings (e.g. type Rectus 25). You will first need conditioned breathing air in accordance with DIN EN 12021 or DIN EN 12021:2014.

If the system is equipped with a new high capacity battery (TR-632) and a new particulate filter (TR-6710E), it has a run time of 9.5-19 hours. The system run time depends on battery age, filter loading, filter selection and the airflow setting selected by the user. The TR-632 high capacity battery has a longer system run time than the TR-630 standard battery under the same conditions. The TR-632 battery is fully charged in under 4 hours.
