Our 3M polyester film tape 853 is a transparent polyester film tape with a solvent-resistant acrylic adhesive. It has been developed to withstand the rigours of processes where contact with solvents is a problem. This includes many applications for which this tape is ideal due to its thin but robust construction. The reverse side has low moisture vapour permeability, making it ideal for prolonged use. When used to protect critical labels, this tape will not obscure important information. The tape withstands a wide temperature range from 60°F/ 50°C to 300°F/150°C. Same as 850 clear. For splicing (photo films, audio and video magnetic tapes) and as a protective laminate. Excellent solvent resistance as well as thermal and chemical resistance, highly age-resistant adhesive, printable on the adhesive side.

It can only adapt slowly to different light and dark levels. The staple comfort mode of this automatic welding filter counteracts this fact. The G5-01TW cassette works in stitching mode with an "intermediate tint" 5. When stitching, the tint does not change directly between the set dark level (e.g. 13) and the light level 3, but instead switches to an intermediate level 5 for two seconds. If another dot is set within two seconds during stitching, it jumps back to the dark level. The cassette only switches back from intermediate level 5 to light level 3 if no new spot is welded after 2 seconds.

The special feature of PREMIUM paper sheets is a latex-coated backing, ideal for wet and dry finishing. You get an ideal product for preparing and finishing metal, wood, paint and varnish. The closed coating of the premium paper sheets enables an excellent surface finish.

Our pressed compact discs are soft but as wear resistant as iron to minimise disc changes.   Use the Scotch-Brite PRO compact disc for high grinding performance and long service life in deburring and finishing work. Our smooth-running pressed compact discs remove burrs quickly and cleanly. They are soft to prevent damage, but as strong and wear-resistant as iron and therefore need to be replaced less frequently. They are manufactured with precision-moulded ceramic abrasive grains bonded to a nylon mesh. The hardness of the ceramic material in combination with the self-sharpening grain extends the service life and work can be carried out more quickly without compromising the desired smooth result or the adjustable processing with Scotch-Brite abrasive discs. The PRO compact discs for deburring and finishing are ideal for OEM and pipework renovation and maintenance. These robust high-performance grinding discs reliably remove dirt, corrosion deposits and other contaminants without stressing or impairing the thread form. This means that pipework can be put back into operation more quickly.

With the flexible fabric rollers from TYROLIT you can process almost any material. Finishing the surfaces requires preparation, either by hand or with an orbital sander. When working on wood, paint and varnish, we recommend using the BASIC fabric rollers for hand-guided sanding. We recommend using the fabric rollers on the orbital sander for finishing coatings, smoothing and cleaning composite materials and for clean intermediate sanding.

This durable and flexible product was developed with a special film backing to achieve improved edge stability and removal performance. This product gives you a particularly even finish on lacquers, paints and composite materials. In addition, you reduce clogging and clogging of the disc and thus increase the service life.

The ageing-resistant natural rubber adhesive has very good initial adhesion, can remain on the painted object for up to a week outdoors, is temperature-resistant up to 120°C and can be removed without leaving any residue after the painting and curing process.
