Our sanding disc with precision-formed abrasive grain and multihole perforation can also be used for final preparation before priming. It delivers outstanding sanding results, is 30 % faster than other premium abrasives and has a long service life in all steps of the repair process. The surface of the sanding disc is equipped with our precision-moulded ceramic abrasive grain. It consists of triangular-shaped abrasive grains that are electrostatically aligned. Each abrasive grain functions as an independent cutting tool that penetrates paint and filler with precision. The multihole perforation of our sanding disc ensures excellent dust extraction and thus contributes to a higher removal rate and longer service life. The 3M Cubitron II Hookit Purple+ Premium Multihole 737U sanding discs are available in grit sizes 80+ to 220+. The back of the abrasive disc features our Hookit technology. This hook and loop system was developed for work areas where discs with a self-adhesive backing can be contaminated by dust, dirt or particles in the air. Hookit sanding discs attach firmly to a velcro backing pad (sold separately) on a random orbital sander and can be removed cleanly and easily and reused throughout the life of the abrasive.

The TYROLIT FASTCUT flap disc is the perfect tool for demanding grinding work such as edge grinding and weld seam processing. It can be used on high-alloy steels and stainless steel as well as on unalloyed and low-alloy steels. The additional TOP SIZE coating offers cool grinding. It can also be used on aluminium to a limited extent.

This pendulum surface grinding wheel ensures universal use on high-alloy steels and HSS. This is achieved through the use of special aluminium oxides and mixtures with sintered aluminium oxides combined with special bond systems. The highest cutting performance can be achieved with sintered aluminium oxide compounds such as 454A. The next higher quality level is the resin-bonded VIB-STAR CBN wheel from TYROLIT.
