Sanding filler, removing paint and sanding edges - with the 3M Cubitron II Hookit Purple+ Premium sanding disc Multihole 737U. Our sanding disc with precision-formed abrasive grain and multihole perforation can also be used for final preparation before priming. It delivers outstanding sanding results, is 30 % faster than other premium abrasives and has a long service life in all steps of the repair process. The surface of the sanding disc is equipped with our precision-moulded ceramic abrasive grain. It consists of triangular-shaped abrasive grains that are electrostatically aligned. Each abrasive grain functions as an independent cutting tool that penetrates paint and filler with precision. The multihole perforation of our sanding disc ensures excellent dust extraction and thus contributes to a higher removal rate and longer service life. The 3M Cubitron II Hookit Purple+ Premium Multihole 737U sanding discs are available in grit sizes 80+ to 220+. The back of the abrasive disc features our Hookit technology. This hook and loop system was developed for work areas where discs with a self-adhesive backing can be contaminated by dust, dirt or particles in the air. Hookit sanding discs attach firmly to a velcro backing pad (sold separately) on a random orbital sander and can be removed cleanly and easily and reused throughout the life of the abrasive.

The 3M Adflo blower unit is respiratory protective equipment which, in combination with an approved headpiece, provides the user with a high level of protection and comfort during welding and related activities. The blower unit has a particle filter, a spark arrester, a pre-filter and a 5-stage filter saturation indicator that shows the user the status of the particle filter. Optional gas filters offer additional protection against common gases and vapours that can occur during welding. Furthermore, an optional odour protection filter can be used to protect the user from unpleasant odours. The blower unit has an automatic air flow control which ensures that the air flow to the head section is always constant. Integrated electronics permanently monitor the battery power and the air flow and immediately trigger a visual and audible alarm if the level falls below set limits.
