3M HVLP high performance nozzle heads for pressure cups provide excellent spray performance for coatings such as paints, primers, base coats, top coats, clear coats and adhesives. Replaceable nozzles have been specially developed for pressurised applications. Since paints and coatings only pass through the nozzle head and not the entire body of the spray gun, you get the performance of a brand new spray gun every time you replace the nozzle. You get the spray pattern, atomisation and application efficiency of a premium paint spray gun, ensuring more consistent spray performance with every application, every day. 3M HVLP High Performance Nozzle Head Replacement Kits for Pressure Cups are available with 0.9, 1.1, 1.4, 1.8 and 2.0 size nozzle heads for a wide range of industrial and automotive coatings. They are suitable for high-viscosity coatings, sprayable levelling compounds, thick-film fillers, primers, sealants, 1K top coats, solvent-based and water-based paints and clear coats. The interchangeable nozzles are designed exclusively for the 3M high-performance spray gun system. They are attached to the paint hose provided for this purpose and ensure continuous spray application from a pressurised container or tank. The nozzle heads are attached to the pressure hose of the 3M high performance spray gun and securely mounted with a specially designed locking ring. No additional tools are required for changing. Simply remove the nozzle from the spray gun and either clean the fluid tip or replace the nozzle to get your spray gun working like new again.

3M Microbe Removal Cleaning Wipes are dry cleaning wipes made of non-woven fabric. 3M technology allows microbes to be captured and retained in the wipe when wiping with these wipes. The wipes, used with water only, instantly remove 99.9% or more of microbes*, including viruses and bacteria, from hard, non-porous surfaces. No soak time is required when used with water. The addition of chemicals is not necessary when using 3M Microbe Removal Cleaning Wipes. Unused, dried-out cleaning cloths in the container can be rewetted at any time and can be used immediately. 3M Microbe Removal Cleaning Wipes can be used on a variety of hard, non-porous surfaces such as metal, ceramic, laminate and plastic. These wipes are used in areas such as healthcare, education, offices, retail, hospitality, factories, warehouses, transport, etc. Examples of surfaces or objects that need to be cleaned include door handles, classroom desks, workstations, shopping trolley handles, retail checkout lanes, registration counters, patient rooms and lounges, operating theatres, nursing stations, communal areas and company vehicles. With a prepared cleaning cloth, microbes, viruses and bacteria can be removed from a hard, non-porous surface of 4.65 m² when used correctly. Surface condition and soiling, cleaning process and control and preparation of the  cleaning cloths can reduce the area specification.

The 3M Adflo blower unit is respiratory protective equipment which, in combination with an approved headpiece, provides the user with a high level of protection and comfort during welding and related activities. The blower unit has a particle filter, a spark arrester, a pre-filter and a 5-stage filter saturation indicator that shows the user the status of the particle filter. Optional gas filters offer additional protection against common gases and vapours that can occur during welding. Furthermore, an optional odour protection filter can be used to protect the user from unpleasant odours. The blower unit has an automatic air flow control which ensures that the air flow to the head section is always constant. Integrated electronics permanently monitor the battery power and the air flow and immediately trigger a visual and audible alarm if the level falls below set limits. There is a choice of two Li-ion batteries, a standard and a high-performance battery. The unit also has an altitude calibration function that automatically adjusts the function of the device to the respective altitude above sea level. The Adflo blower respiratory protection system draws in the polluted ambient air, passes it through the respective filters and then directs the purified air into the head section via an air hose.
