3M Scotch-Weld DP8407NS (non-sag) is a solvent-free and non-flowing two-component acrylate-based construction adhesive with a short working time of 5 to 7 minutes. The viscoplastic adhesive with a mixing ratio of 10:1 is characterised by high tensile shear strength and is suitable for high-strength bonding of metals (e.g. aluminium, bronze, stainless steel, copper, brass, galvanised steel, zinc), plastics (e.g. ABS, PC, PMMA and PVC) and other materials. The DP8407NS contains glass beads for setting the optimum adhesive layer thickness and has a high temperature resistance.

The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
