3M Scotch-Weld DP8425NS is a viscoplastic 2-component construction adhesive based on acrylate for the EPX system. The non-flowing product with a very short processing time is characterised by low odour development and very high shear, impact and peel strengths. Scotch-Weld DP 8405 NS is also slightly oil-tolerant and has been developed for bonding metals and plastics such as ABS, PC, PMMA, PVC etc.

The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
