3M Scotch-Weld DP8810NS is a viscoplastic 2-component construction adhesive based on acrylate for the EPX system. The non-flowing product with a very short processing time has a low odour and is characterised by very high shear, impact and peel strengths. Scotch-Weld DP 8805 NS is also slightly oil-tolerant and was developed for bonding plastics such as ABS, PC, PMMA, PVC etc. as well as metals.

The surface cleaner is used to degrease, clean and prepare parts to be joined before bonding. It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
