3M Cavity Sealer Wax Plus is a non-hardening corrosion protection for inner body panels and welded structural parts made of bare or primed aluminium and steel. The material can be used to cover and seal interior joints, flared flanges and damaged electrocoatings where corrosion can form. When applied correctly with the 3M Cavity Sealer Wax Plus Applicator Set, it remains pliable, does not flake and has good peel and stress crack resistance.

The 3M cable lubricant Lub-L is especially suitable for electrical installations. It makes it easier to pull in cables and wires by reducing friction. Signs of wear are significantly reduced - both on the cables and on the devices used. This effectively prevents cable sheath damage and also prevents cables from getting tangled or stuck. It is therefore particularly recommended for long and winding cable runs. The transparent, water-based cable lubricant does not drip and can be wiped off easily and cleanly if necessary. Neither silicone nor grease residues make it difficult to work on the cables, for example when inserting connecting sleeves. In addition, the skin-friendly product does not cause irreversible stains on clothing, equipment or surroundings. Lub-L dries out very slowly and is therefore very economical. It leaves only a minimal residue as it contains less than 5.5 per cent solid components. This means that the cables do not stick together or to other cables, which facilitates their movement. It is suitable for high-performance cables and regular 600 V cables, as well as for most cable materials, including polyethylene and semi-cons. It is also compatible with semi-conductive materials. This means that, unlike wax or hydrocarbon based lubricants, it does not affect the volume resistance of medium and high voltage cable sheaths or the insulation layer. Lub-L is extremely temperature-stable and non-flammable. It therefore maintains the flame-retardant and self-extinguishing properties of the cable.

Especially suitable for sanding wood and plastic surfaces, acrylic lacquers and water-soluble paints. The flexible backing also enables lacquer sanding tasks on profiled workpieces.

The Flex-Diamond material is glued to a 10 mm thick aluminium plate. From size 50 x 150 mm, they are equipped with 3M bumpers and hold on any flat surface. The 25 x 100 mm size is supplied in a leather case.

With this disc, we guarantee a targeted selection of high-performance corundum in combination with special bonding systems. This ensures universal use on all high-alloy steels and HSS. With a sintered aluminium oxide compound such as 454A, it is possible to achieve the highest cutting performance with vitrified bonded wheels. A higher performance can only be achieved with resin-bonded CBN tools such as the VIB STAR.
