tesa 60412 is a universal packing tape consisting of a 70% recycled (PCR) PET carrier and a water-based acrylic adhesive system. tesa 60412 has a strong and abrasion-resistant carrier with excellent adhesion properties. The solid acrylic adhesive makes this product the perfect solution for light and medium weight packaging applications (max. 30kg). The material combination guarantees quiet unwinding and excellent printability with all types of colour systems.

This makes it possible to avoid high temperatures in the process, which is particularly relevant for certain modern vehicle materials such as high-strength thin steels, composites, etc. There is no need to handle open flames or remove heat-sensitive vehicle parts, as room temperature is sufficient for processing and curing the products. After curing, the material can be sanded without any problems and then painted as normal. Follow the paint manufacturer's instructions.
