Effective adhesive tape for high temperature applications 3M Polyester Adhesive Tape 875 has a polyester film backing with a green rubber-based adhesive. It is suitable for high temperature applications, including temporary masking and bonding of composite materials. It can be easily removed after application. The tape provides a clean release after autoclave processes where the tape has been used to hold TC wires, vacuum packing materials and moulds. The high temperature resistance of the silicone-free adhesive also makes the tape ideal for painting, liquid or powder coating processes. The 3M™ Polyester Adhesive Tape 875 can also be used at high temperatures and can be removed cleanly from stainless steel, aluminium and glass even after several hours at 177 °C. In shorter cycles, the tape performs satisfactorily in a temperature range up to 204 °C. The rubber-based adhesive can also be used on many workpieces where subsequent painting or bonding is required. Several welders often work side by side on large system components. Visibility is usually poor and lighting conditions are constantly changing. And yet the welders have to work precisely and deliver consistently high quality. With the 3M Speedglas high-performance welding mask G5-01, you are optimally and comfortably protected. With the help of the new helmet lamp, which is available as an option, you can also integrate your own light source into the helmet.  "Replacement for 3M 9100FX Speedglas"   The human eye is not designed to process rapid changes in light (light-dark-bright) without problems. It can only adapt slowly to different light and dark levels. The staple comfort mode of this automatic welding filter counteracts this fact. The G5-01TW cassette works in stitching mode with an "intermediate tint" 5. When stitching, the tint does not change directly between the set dark level (e.g. 13) and the light level 3, but instead switches to an intermediate level 5 for two seconds. If another dot is set within two seconds during stitching, it jumps back to the dark level. The cassette only switches back from intermediate level 5 to light level 3 if no new spot is welded after 2 seconds.

Our pressed compact discs are soft but as wear resistant as iron to minimise disc changes.   Use the Scotch-Brite PRO compact disc for high grinding performance and long service life in deburring and finishing work. Our smooth-running pressed compact discs remove burrs quickly and cleanly. They are soft to prevent damage, but as strong and wear-resistant as iron and therefore need to be replaced less frequently. They are manufactured with precision-moulded ceramic abrasive grains bonded to a nylon mesh. The hardness of the ceramic material in combination with the self-sharpening grain extends the service life and work can be carried out more quickly without compromising the desired smooth result or the adjustable processing with Scotch-Brite abrasive discs. The PRO compact discs for deburring and finishing are ideal for OEM and pipework renovation and maintenance. These robust high-performance grinding discs reliably remove dirt, corrosion deposits and other contaminants without stressing or impairing the thread form. This means that pipework can be put back into operation more quickly.

With the flexible fabric rollers from TYROLIT you can process almost any material. Finishing the surfaces requires preparation, either by hand or with an orbital sander. When working on wood, paint and varnish, we recommend using the BASIC fabric rollers for hand-guided sanding. We recommend using the fabric rollers on the orbital sander for finishing coatings, smoothing and cleaning composite materials and for clean intermediate sanding.
