With the PREMIUM 3in1 grinding disc with zirconium aluminium oxide, you can impress in three ways. The product is characterised by high performance on steel, stainless steel and cast materials as well as chemical purity. This tool is free from iron, sulphur, chlorine and fluorine and leaves neutral workpiece surfaces. Aggressiveness and a long service life enable large amounts of material to be removed in a very short time. Due to its chemical purity, free of iron, sulphur, chlorine and fluorine, the disc is ideal for special applications such as nuclear power plants.

Sandblasting adhesive tape 991 is used to create moulds for partial processing of various materials. It consists of a 3-ply fabric adhesive tape laminate and a rubber adhesive that adheres particularly well to polished surfaces and wood. The 0.85 millimetre thick material protects the bonded substrate from mechanical impact and damage, while the adjacent free surfaces can be processed. The silver colouring makes cutting or punching lines clearly visible and thus ensures precise work results. After use, the sandblasting tape can be removed without leaving any residue. Possible replacement for the discontinued 3M 510 and 3M 520.

With the 3M SecureFit Safety helmet X5514NVE-CE provides you with safe and comfortable head protection. The safety helmet was designed for general industrial use and everyday safety requirements. Inspired by modern climbing helmets, it offers protection against small falling objects. It has adjustable positioning on the head. Our 4-point ratchet closure system allows the headband to be adjusted quickly and comfortably as required. Integrated into the helmet is the exclusive, patented 3M Pressure distribution technology. It not only ensures a secure fit, but also improves wearing comfort. This technology reduces the force on the head by up to 20% compared to conventional 3M helmet straps. The rimless design allows an unobstructed view upwards. This makes it easier to see and avoid potential hazards in the surrounding area. 99015LVC is a double-sided adhesive tape with a non-woven paper backing and low VOC and FOG values that has been specially developed for use in vehicle interiors. It can be used to bond common foam materials such as PU ester foams and EPDM as well as other high and low energy substrates. The non-woven paper backing offers dimensional stability during lamination, easy handling during processing and excellent die-cutting properties. The tape is stronger than conventional transfer tapes, has a short-term temperature resistance of up to 200 °C and is suitable for most demanding applications. The tape has been specially developed to meet the requirements of vehicle manufacturers and suppliers with regard to the JAMA and VDA-278 standard.
