Based on ceramic precision grit technology, the 3M Cubitron II Hookit 947A cloth discs generate outstanding performance characteristics. Cool grinding, supported by a grinding aid, a strong cloth backing and a hooking backing (Hookit) make the product in the grit range from 40+ to 120+ a guarantee for the best work results, especially on metal. The product is available in 115 mm and 125 mm sizes and can also be used at higher speeds on angle grinders.

The 9332+Gen3 offers safety and comfort in the 3rd generation. The Cool Flow™ comfort valve opens more easily than the Cool Flow™ valve of the previous generation. More hot breathing air can escape and heat build-up under the mask is prevented. Use the 3M Cubitron II fibre disc 787C for increased performance when grinding stainless steel and high-alloy steels compared to conventional fibre discs. Thanks to their extremely high cutting performance, these fibre discs are an excellent choice for removing weld seams, blending and surface finishing of stainless steel or alloys with a high nickel content. The 3M Cubitron II fibre disc 787C contains precision-formed abrasive grain, which is required to achieve very short processing times and long tool life in demanding applications from grinding to deburring. The product contains a grinding aid on the grain side to keep the workpiece cool and the grinding disc lasts longer. The disc consists of a rigid fibre backing, a strong resin bond and the abrasive coating, which ensures durability and wear resistance. This structure and the combination with precision-moulded abrasive grain means that more parts per disc can be processed faster and much cooler, and fewer disc changes are required.
