3M Acrylic Foam Adhesive Tape made from a dark grey acrylic foam. Typical applications include the attachment of add-on parts such as bumpers, decorative mouldings, emblems, etc. 5363 has good adhesion to a wide range of automotive surfaces, good internal strength, excellent long-term stability and very good adaptability to the surfaces to be bonded. The uniform viscoelastic properties of 5363 provide excellent stress relief in the bonded joint, resulting in extremely durable bonds.

The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again.
