The 3M medium voltage termination Quick Term II of the 92-EB series fulfils the requirements of DIN VDE 0278 Part 628 and Part 629.1 for indoor applications and is suitable for all VDE and TGL plastic-insulated 6/10-kilovolt cables with one or three conductors. It is tracking-resistant and made of robust HTV silicone rubber. The one-piece cold-shrink closure with integrated refractive field control ensures optimum insulation thanks to permanent radial contact pressure. The simple and quick installation by pulling out the support spiral enables reliable installation of the narrow end closure even without special tools, such as a shrink torch. The scope of delivery includes all components required for installation, but no cable lugs.
