The 3M Cubitron II 982CX Pro fibre disc's redesigned shaped ceramic grain allows robots to finish welds and maximise efficiency long after other fibre discs have had to be replaced. The Scotch-Brite XT Pro contains a silicon carbide abrasive grain integrated into an open nylon fibre. It effectively removes rust, paint, coatings and adhesives from surfaces without significantly altering the base material. The high-strength fibres are very adaptable, resistant to abrasion and stress and work well on the edges of a workpiece.

Masking bodywork gaps is very easy with 3M Soft Tape. The adhesive tape made of fine-pored polyester foam is coated on one side with a pressure-sensitive adhesive and can be applied to practically all openings such as doors, boot or bonnet. The elliptical bead shape then ensures a perfect seal, resulting in flawless paint edges. The soft tape can also be used to create softer colour transitions for multi-coloured paintwork. It can be removed without leaving any residue after use. The masking tape is available in two different widths for different vehicles, namely 13 and 19 millimetres.

With the Scotch water-sealing sealing tape, you can seal dripping taps, screw threads and valves quickly and reliably. The non-adhesive PTFE tape is particularly thin and is also ideal for fine threads. It is very easy to use: clean the surfaces before use, wrap the tape tightly around the pipe in the direction of the thread, cut it off and screw the pipe together. The tape wraps itself tightly around the individual threads during the screwing process. Make sure that no excess tape protrudes into the pipe. The sealing tape is intended for single use, the thread must not be turned back. It is watertight and airtight and pressure-resistant up to 6 bar. The packaging contains a roll of white, water-repellent sealing tape measuring 12 mm x 12 m.

The FPCs pre-assembled with 3M 9077 can be inserted into the lead-free soldering process (peak temperature 260°C, 20 sec.). The protective cover remains largely undamaged and can be easily removed. The acrylate adhesive film 9077 has good peel strength even at high temperatures. Due to the carrier material, this adhesive tape also has excellent punchability. The low outgassing of the adhesive minimises contamination of electronic components.

3M Hookit Paper Sanding Sheet 255P is a reliable universal abrasive for all large-area lacquer sanding work. This product can be used for coarse, intermediate and fine sanding on all hard and soft woods, lacquer systems, but also for sanding plastic and metal surfaces. Its FreCut coating prevents premature clogging and thus increases the service life.
