tesaprint 52307 is specially designed for bonding thin photopolymer clichés (0.76 mm and 1.14 mm) to compressible coated sleeves / cylinders. It is a double-sided adhesive tape with very different adhesive strength values on both sides and a smooth silicone paper cover. tesaprint 52307 remains on the compressible base when the thin cliché is removed and can then be removed without leaving any residue. The low adhesive strength on the covered side ensures easy and problem-free removal of the cliché. Due to the various compressible coatings available on the market (rubber, foam, PU), it is advisable to carry out your own adhesion tests with tesaprint 52307.

Effective adhesive tape for high temperature applications 3M Polyester Adhesive Tape 875 has a polyester film backing with a green rubber-based adhesive. It is suitable for high temperature applications, including temporary masking and bonding of composite materials. It can be easily removed after application. The tape provides a clean release after autoclave processes where the tape has been used to hold TC wires, vacuum packing materials and moulds. In shorter cycles, the tape performs satisfactorily in a temperature range up to 204 °C.
