Structural strength with the flexibility of a urethane adhesive 3M Scotch-Weld Flexible Acrylic Adhesive DP8625NS is a structural strength adhesive that cures quickly and requires minimal surface preparation. It is an acrylic adhesive that offers high flexibility and elongation comparable to urethanes or sealants. This black, non-flowing and low-odour 2-component acrylic adhesive enables the use of thin panels as it provides a virtually invisible bond line and shrinks only slightly during curing. It is characterised by a 400 % higher elongation capacity and is resistant to stresses that occur with materials with different thermal expansion coefficients. This adhesive requires minimal surface preparation and is not classified as a health hazard under GHS08. It contains 250 µm glass beads for adjusting the bond line thickness. This adhesive has a working time of 23 minutes and reaches handling strength after 28 minutes. It ensures bonding with minimal surface preparation, even on slightly oily surfaces.

The ceramic hollow chisel stones are preferably used for honing close-toothed tools. The different grit sizes allow you to customise your tool. The conical shape allows you to grind and deburr right down to the base of the tooth.

The 3M Versaflo TR830 fast-charging, intrinsically safe battery is the lithium-ion battery for use with the 3M Versaflo TR-800 blower system and is designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. It is equipped with yellow bumpers to protect against shocks. The battery reaches 90 % of its charging capacity in around 3.5 hours and is equipped with an easy-to-read charge level indicator. With the TR-838 battery fixing tool supplied, the battery is mechanically fixed to the blower system so that it cannot come loose unintentionally, preventing the risk of sparks during use in accordance with EN 60079-11. With a new TR-830 intrinsically safe battery and a filter, the TR-800 blower system has an expected operating time of 6 to 10 hours depending on the system configuration used. The operating time of the blower system depends on the age of the battery, the filter saturation, the type of filter or cartridge used and the airflow settings selected by the user. The battery can deliver at least 80% of its original capacity over approximately 750 complete charge/discharge cycles. This corresponds to a doubling of the performance capacity of the non-intrinsically safe standard 3M Versaflo TR-630 and TR-632 batteries.

This product family is compatible with ribbon cables or round/flat cables with conductor spacing of 1.27 mm. The proven insulation displacement contacts are designed for solid and stranded conductors for increased design freedom in circuit and system development. Stranded conductors with conductor cross-sections of AWG 26 (0.141mm²) and AWG 28 (0.089mm²) or solid conductors with AWG 26 (0.128mm²) or AWG 28 (0.08mm²) can be processed. The contacts in the mating area have a gold coating for optimum electrical performance. The adhesive strips in the cover of the connectors are a valuable aid for manual processing. The cover is positioned at the intended location on the cable and adheres there thanks to the adhesive strip. The connector body is latched into the cover from below and the cover, cable and body are pressed together using a tool. Sturdy metal hooks ensure a secure connection between the plug components and the cable. A plastic lug on the outer housing wall serves as a centre coding. It fits exactly into the recess of the mating connector on the circuit board, preventing incorrect mating and possible damage to the circuit or system. The female connectors are compatible with the 3M 3000 and 2500 series receptacle plugs  for PCB mounting. The 3M 3365, 3659 and 3759 series cables are suitable for cable assembly and the products are of course UL listed.

The square file is used in particular for the efficient processing of tools in the woodworking and mechanical engineering industries. Files made of silicon carbide are mainly used for carbide or carbide-tipped tools and have a grey-green colour. Orange coloured files are mainly used for all types of steel and stainless steel. The different grain sizes allow you to select your tool individually for your application.
