tesaprint 52307 is specially designed for bonding thin photopolymer clichés (0.76 mm and 1.14 mm) to compressible coated sleeves / cylinders. It is a double-sided adhesive tape with very different adhesive strength values on both sides and a smooth silicone paper cover. tesaprint 52307 remains on the compressible base when the thin cliché is removed and can then be removed without leaving any residue. The low adhesive strength on the covered side ensures easy and problem-free removal of the cliché. Due to the various compressible coatings available on the market (rubber, foam, PU), it is advisable to carry out your own adhesion tests with tesaprint 52307.

The Flex-Diamond material is glued to a 10 mm thick aluminium plate. From size 50 x 150 mm, they are equipped with 3M bumpers and hold on any flat surface. The 25 x 100 mm size is supplied in a leather case.

At the same time, the smooth, silky carrier surface made of black acetate fabric enables bonding that meets high aesthetic standards. It can also be printed on for labelling purposes. The fabric tape can withstand a breakdown voltage of 2,000 volts and is resistant to temperatures of up to 105 °C, making it class A insulating material. It can be easily cut by hand, making it pleasant and easy to handle.
