3M Scotch-Weld DP 604 NS is a flexible 2-component construction adhesive based on polyurethane with a 1:1 mixing ratio. DP 604 NS is used for fast and flexible bonding of metals and plastics, rubber, concrete, ceramics, wood, etc. Robust and with a very short working time 3M Scotch-Weld DP 604 NS is a flexible 2-component construction adhesive based on polyurethane. DP 604 is characterised by its flexibility and good impact resistance under dynamic loads. DP 604 NS does not flow and is also suitable for vertical applications. The isocyanate reacts with the polyol in the static mixer. Both components cure faster and more homogeneously than moisture-curing 1-component PUR hotmelt adhesives. Glass on metals, metals with plastics, plastics on wood: polyurethane adhesives are also suitable for high-strength bonding of such diverse joining partners as CFRP and GFRP, rubber, leather, tiles and concrete. Due to their chemical composition, polyurethane adhesives have a wide range of properties. Each formulation results in different density, flexibility or hardness.
