3M Scotchcal Opaque Colour Film Series 100 has been specially developed for processing on computer-controlled cutting systems. The films are suitable for use on flat or slightly curved substrates with or without rivets. They are ideal for cutting intricate small lettering or complex graphics. The transparent adhesive makes the product suitable for use on windows or other transparent substrates. Moulded PVC film (50 µm), solvent-based adhesive (removable with heat). Suitable for the production of small lettering. Functional life up to 12 years. Can also be applied in light beading and over rivets. 170 colours, including 50 metallic colours. With ABG for application on vehicle windscreens. Recommended transfer tapes: SCPS-100 (large formats), SCPS-2 (small formats).

The surface cleaner is used to degrease, clean and prepare parts to be joined before bonding. It can be used on various smooth materials, such as metals, plastic, glass, etc. The surface cleaner consists of isopropanol. Please check compatibility with the materials used before use. Clean all surfaces carefully before each application and only use clean, lint-free cloths. The best bonding results are achieved if you pre-clean the parts to be bonded, then roughen them (e.g. with Scotch-Brite 7447) and clean them again. 99015LVC is a double-sided adhesive tape with a non-woven paper backing and low VOC and FOG values that has been specially developed for use in vehicle interiors. It can be used to bond common foam materials such as PU ester foams and EPDM as well as other high and low energy substrates. The non-woven paper backing offers dimensional stability during lamination, easy handling during processing and excellent die-cutting properties. The tape is stronger than conventional transfer tapes, has a short-term temperature resistance of up to 200 °C and is suitable for most demanding applications.
