The 3M Versaflo TR830 fast-charging, intrinsically safe battery is the lithium-ion battery for use with the 3M Versaflo TR-800 blower system and is designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. It is equipped with yellow bumpers to protect against shocks. The battery reaches 90 % of its charging capacity in around 3.5 hours and is equipped with an easy-to-read charge level indicator. With the TR-838 battery fixing tool supplied, the battery is mechanically fixed to the blower system so that it cannot come loose unintentionally, preventing the risk of sparks during use in accordance with EN 60079-11. With a new TR-830 intrinsically safe battery and a filter, the TR-800 blower system has an expected operating time of 6 to 10 hours depending on the system configuration used. The operating time of the blower system depends on the age of the battery, the filter saturation, the type of filter or cartridge used and the airflow settings selected by the user. The battery can deliver at least 80% of its original capacity over approximately 750 complete charge/discharge cycles. This corresponds to a doubling of the performance capacity of the non-intrinsically safe standard 3M Versaflo TR-630 and TR-632 batteries.

The 3M 4515 protective suit is characterised by its special layer structure: Two thin layers of soft spunbond fleece are embedded in the thick polypropylene filter layers. This makes the protective suit particularly permeable to water vapour, which has a positive effect on wearer comfort and the duration of wear. It offers protection against hazardous dusts (type 5), light liquid splashes (type 6) and radioactive, contaminated particles (EN 1073-2:2002). Elasticated inserts at the hips, ankles and wrists ensure a comfortable fit and improved freedom of movement. The two-way zip with detachable flap offers additional protection. Its SMS material is low-linting. The 3M 4515W4XL / TYPE 5/6 protective suit is suitable for use in asbestos inspection, insulation work, asbestos disposal, storage work, light cleaning work, cement production, grinding and polishing, light industrial cleaning and machine maintenance. The protective suit is available in four different colours - model 4515W4XL is white and size 4XL.

A2P filter for use with the 3M Versaflo TR-600 blower unit. The filter is attached directly to the unit. 3M recommends the use of the TR-6300FC filter cover to protect the filter from material damage. The TR-6300FC filter cover is also used as a holder for the TR-6600 pre-filter or the TR-662 spark arrester.
