The S-757 premium reusable lightweight bonnet is a head piece for the 3M Versaflo respiratory protection system. It covers the head, face, neck and shoulders and offers eye and face protection in accordance with EN166 (protection against liquid splashes and flying particles with low impact energy). The premium reusable lightweight bonnet is characterised by its special material, which absorbs paint mist and thus reduces the risk of the paint beading off the wearer and falling onto the workpiece. The textile material is also coated on the inside to prevent paint from getting onto skin or clothing. The lightweight bonnet has a double neck seal design. The inner part of the neck seal is tucked into the top of the shirt or protective suit. This allows excess air to be channelled over the entire body, providing additional comfort. The lightweight bonnet is an extremely cost-effective solution for environments with high disposal rates: When worn, only the contaminated outer bonnet is replaced, while the headgear and air supply can continue to be used. The rigid design of the headband ensures a uniform air supply. Another plus is that it can be adjusted from the outside so that the wearer can regulate the air distribution to suit their personal comfort requirements. A simple turn of the outer knob is all it takes for the wearer to direct the airflow away from the back of the head and towards the temples, face and visor. The bracket has separate adjustment options for head height and head circumference, allowing comfortable, customised adjustment to a wide range of head shapes. The soft comfort pad can be used to further improve the fit so that the bonnet fits even more wearers perfectly. The 3M Versaflo TR830 fast-charging, intrinsically safe battery is the lithium-ion battery for use with the 3M Versaflo TR-800 blower system and is designed for use in potentially explosive atmospheres. It is equipped with yellow bumpers to protect against shocks. The battery reaches 90 % of its charging capacity in around 3.5 hours and is equipped with an easy-to-read charge level indicator. With the TR-838 battery fixing tool supplied, the battery is mechanically fixed to the blower system so that it cannot come loose unintentionally, preventing the risk of sparks during use in accordance with EN 60079-11. With a new TR-830 intrinsically safe battery and a filter, the TR-800 blower system has an expected operating time of 6 to 10 hours depending on the system configuration used. The operating time of the blower system depends on the age of the battery, the filter saturation, the type of filter or cartridge used and the airflow settings selected by the user. The battery can deliver at least 80% of its original capacity over approximately 750 complete charge/discharge cycles. This corresponds to a doubling of the performance capacity of the non-intrinsically safe standard 3M Versaflo TR-630 and TR-632 batteries.

The premium replacement bonnet S70710 is a spare part for the 3M Versaflo premium reusable lightweight bonnet S757. It covers the head, neck and shoulder area and provides eye and face protection in accordance with EN166 (protection against liquid splashes and flying particles with low impact energy). Its  material is specially coated for painting work, so the paint mist is kept on the surface of the bonnet and cannot penetrate the material.
