For heavy-duty grinding applications such as bevelling/chamfering, slag/roll scale removal, weld seam and edge finishing on a variety of metals, the 3M Silver rough grinding wheel is ideal. These abrasive discs contain our precision-formed abrasive grain, which has continuously sharp cutting edges so that it cuts through the material and does not scrape or plough through the material as with conventional abrasive grains. This results in a significantly longer service life than conventional grinding discs with ceramic grain and a consistently high removal rate over the service life. Use grinding discs together with suitable tools and accessories. Safety note: Only intended for use with tools with an approved protective cover (in accordance with DIN EN 12413 for bonded abrasives).

The 3M PELTOR X1 earmuffs offer the perfect PELTOR standard combined with an attractive, straightforward design. The X1 helmet capsule with green-black capsules has an attenuation value of SNR=26 dB. The helmet capsule sits securely on the most common industrial helmets and guarantees an exceptionally high level of wearing comfort. Soft, wide sealing rings reduce the pressure around the ears and ensure a comfortable fit even when worn for long periods. At the same time, the X1 earmuffs are particularly robust and resistant to moisture and wear. The generous space inside the earmuffs ensures that heat and moisture development is minimised. The PELTOR X1 earmuffs with helmet attachment have a narrow capsule design and are particularly light at 185 g. Areas of application for the 3M PELTOR X1 earmuffs include metalworking, the automotive industry, construction, textile manufacturing, the chemical and pharmaceutical industries, printing works and woodworking. The 3M Antistatic Tape 40 is a carrier made of transparent polyester film with a coating of pressure-sensitive acrylate adhesive. At less than 50 volts, it generates only a minimal triboelectric charge when detached from steel. It therefore has excellent antistatic behaviour. It is therefore suitable for sealing electrostatically protective packaging and for universal use in electrostatically protected workplaces and areas.
